Project 12:31

This is the body of a convicted murder, Joseph Paul Jernigan, who was executed by lethal injection on Augest 5, 1993 at 12:31am. His cadaver was then sectioned into 1871 slices and photographed for Visible Human Project. Photographer Frank Schott created below images using a combination of night photography and long-exposure photographs of the animation above.
